The steps in our hiring procedure are outlined here in order to clarify the post-application process.
Once you have applied online, you will receive a system-generated acknowledgement. Your application will be reviewed by the HR team and, if your skills and qualifications match the criteria of the position, your application will be sent to the Hiring Manager for further review. Due to the high volume of applications received, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
If you are considered for an interview, we will call or email you directly to schedule the first meeting. Our thorough process is set up as follows:
- Phone interview with an HR representative
- 1 to 2 interviews with an HR representative and the hiring team
- Reference Checks – we ask for phone numbers and email addresses of 3 direct supervisors or managers
- Pre-employment medical tests (including drug and alcohol screening) and background verifications (Eg. Criminal Record Check and Driver’s Abstract)
