Jacques Perron , B.SC., P.ENG, ING., President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Perron’s career of more than 35 years in the global mining industry has included extensive technical and operational experience. Most recently, Mr. Perron was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. until it was acquired by Centerra Gold Inc in 2016. He joined Thompson Creek as Chief Executive Officer in 2013 and took on the additional role of President in 2014. Among his previous senior executive positions in mining, he was President and CEO of St. Andrew Goldfields (2007-2013), Senior Vice President of Iamgold (2006-2007) and Senior Vice President Canada of Cambior Inc. (2004-2006). Mr. Perron has been a director of the Canadian Mineral Industry Education Foundation since 2007. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from l'École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Tom S.Q. Yip, CPA, CA, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Yip has over 30 years of financial management experience in the mining industry for exploration and development companies and producers. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer for International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. At his prior position as CFO of Silver Standard Resources Inc. he was a key member of the leadership team which transitioned the company from exploration and development to production. He began his mining career at Echo Bay Mines Ltd. before the company merged with Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Yip is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration from the University of Alberta.

Michelle Romero, B.A., MLS, C.Dir., Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability

Ms. Romero joined Pretivm in 2011 and previously held the roles of Vice President, Corporate Relations and Director, Investor Relations. Prior to joining Pretivm she worked in communication and investor relations for Silver Standard Resources Inc., serving as Communications Director. She began her career as a professional business librarian with roles in the US, the UK and France. Ms. Romero holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a Master of Library Science degree from Rutgers University.

John Hayes, M.Sc., MBA, P. Geo, Senior Vice President Business Development and Investor Relations

Mr. Hayes has over 30 years of experience in capital markets and the mining sector. He served as Managing Director and as mining analyst for BMO Capital Markets covering precious and base metal companies globally. Prior to joining Pretivm, he was Senior VP of Corporate Development for Osisko Mining Inc. and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Maritime Resources Inc. Mr. Hayes is a professional geologist with experience ranging from regional surveys to advanced exploration. He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geology (1989) and a Master of Science in Geology (1997). He also holds an MBA from Dalhousie University (2003) and is a member (P. Geo.) of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Kenneth C. McNaughton, M.A. Sc., P.Eng., Vice President and Chief Exploration Officer

Mr. McNaughton is a professional geological engineer with over 40 years of global experience developing and leading mineral exploration programs. Prior to joining Pretivm in 2011, he was Senior Vice President, Exploration for Silver Standard Resources Inc. where he had been responsible for all exploration programs since 1991. Prior to joining Silver Standard, he was employed by Corona Corporation and its affiliate Mascot Gold Mines Ltd. as a project geologist and engineer for projects in British Columbia. Mr. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and a Master of Applied Science degree in geological engineering from the University of Windsor.

David Prins, B.Eng. Tech, Vice President Operations, Brucejack Mine

Mr. Prins has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry with project oversight for mines at the evaluation, design, planning and operations stages. Prior to his appointment as Pretivm’s Vice President, Operations, he was Project Director and led the successful completion of construction and commissioning of the Brucejack Mine, and its transition to steady-state production. Mr. Prins has extensive experience in Latin American mining operations, and worked with Placer Dome’s Project Development Group for over 16 years, including a 10-year period at the Zaldivar Mine in northern Chile.

Greg Norton, M.Sc., B.Sc., Vice President, Environment and Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Norton has over 14 years of experience in the mining sector working as a consultant on numerous mining projects in Canada and Latin America, including consulting with Pretivm since 2012. Prior to joining Pretivm Mr. Norton was a Partner with ERM Consultants Canada, where he served as Project Manager and Project Director with overall accountability for multi-disciplinary teams of environmental, social, economic and engineering professionals supporting mines at various stages of planning, permitting, development and operations. Mr. Norton is responsible for providing leadership for all environmental matters, working closely with operations to ensure environmental regulatory compliance, and supporting the development of Pretivm’s reputation as a mining leader in the area of environmental diligence and disclosure. Mr. Norton holds a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia, and a M.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph.

Vladimir Cvijetinovic, BCom, JD, Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Cvijetinovic joined Pretivm in 2018 and is responsible for all legal matters related to the company. Prior to joining Pretivm, Mr. Cvijetinovic practiced law at the Calgary and Vancouver offices of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Cvijetinovic holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.

Esteban Figueroa, General Manager, Brucejack Mine

Mr. Figueroa is responsible for the daily leadership and management of the Brucejack Mine to maximize production in a safe, profitable and socially responsible manner. Mr. Figueroa has over 20 years of project management experience in the mining and energy industries. He has led a range of projects, including electrical, instrumentation and facilities upgrades, for construction and operations-phase open pit and underground mines, as well as smelters and refineries. He has held roles at Placer Dome, Freeport McMoran, Kinross, Sirius Minerals and Pan African Minerals in regions including Africa, Latin America, North America and Europe. Mr. Figueroa is a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technologist and Technicians.
